Wednesday Champions League Open Thread

Alex Livesey

It's the second leg of the Champions League matches. Come watch Arsenal crash out!

Sorry this is going up a bit late, but traffic in South Florida is not fun, especially when drawbridges are broken. Anyways, there's a couple of good Champions League matches today. First, there's Bayern Munich vs. Arsenal. The Bavarians lead that tie 3-1 following the away leg and I can only see that gulf widening. Arsenal are the only English team remaining in the UCL at this point, but that's not going to help them any at the Allianz Arena.

The other match is Malaga vs. Porto. Malaga, the home side, are trying to overcome a one goal deficit. Malaga have never advanced to the quarterfinals of the Champions League and a victory here would be a huge coup for the club.

The Bayern match is on Fox Soccer in the US and Sky Sports 2 in the UK. The Malaga match can be seen on Fox Soccer in the US and on Sky Sports 4 (Really? 4? Ok, whatever) in the UK.
