Last night we heard grumblings that Fulham might come in and make a late swoop for Scott Parker, even though Queens Park Rangers apparently had a bid accepted and Parker looked willing to consider a step down to the Championship. Apparently, there was at least a bit of truth to those rumors. John Percy of the Telegraph tweeted that Fulham have had a bid for Parker accepted.

It's now going to be up to Parker to decide his future if Percy's information is correct. Given that Fulham are weak in the center of midfield and the fact that England's midfield is a revolving door, Parker could opt to go with the Cottagers, since a World Cup place is very much within his reach.
