The season's basically over but there's still games left to play. How will we approach the remaining fixtures? Will we play the youth? Try to win as many games as we can so Tim keeps his job? Or will we just play formations that resemble interesting vulgarities directed towards Jorge Jesus?
Regardless, we have some games to play and it looks like some dudes are ready to play them again. Mousa Dembele has been out due to a hamstring injury but apparently Rafa left some horse placenta behind because Tim is hopeful he'll be back for this weekend's game, which, lest we all forget, is on a Sunday because everything is awful.
Hugo Lloris is due to be back on account of the game not being in Portugal, and Younes Kaboul and Emmanuel Adebayor are "in contention" after missing the Benfica tie with a case of "Of Course." Also, Michael Dawson's recovery is showing real heart and dedication.
Vlad Chiriches, Etienne Capoue, and Erik Lamela are all unable to play in the game because they have to return some video tapes.
Meanwhile, Saints seem to be suffering from a bad slew of injuries as they prepare to visit White Hart Lane and Pochettino prepares to angle for Tim's job. Morgan Schneiderlin and Guly Do Prado are doubtful. Jack Cork and Victor Wanyama are out as well, so don't be surprised if Ed Francis or Patrick Fealty is playing in Southhampton's midfield on Sunday. And as a cherry on top, Kelvin Davis faces a late fitness test.
