I am completely torn about this. On the one hand the result of this was brutal. It's the scariest on field soccer video I have ever seen, but on the other, I don't like seeing straight red cards based on how severe the outcome was if there was absolutely no intention at all. From what I see in this video, I don't even think Cruz knew until the very last second that contact was coming.
