Happy Tuesday Spursland! Monday is over and done with so that must mean that instead of Harry quotes we get player quotes! I'll warn you now, a certain Dutchman is stirring the pot.
And now the "news"
Man what a story. I wonder who leaked such privileged, closely guarded, very much not public knowledge information? What is new is there is now a team that Pav seems keen on, Anzhi Makhachkala. So the ball is in your court, hard to pronounce Russian club.
Many of the home nations (Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, and England) do not want to field a "British" side at the upcoming Olympics. They seem to think that it would undermine the home nations sides for contests like the Euro and the World Cup. No word yet on if these people realize that there are rumored to be several other sports in the Olympics. I'm pretty sure every other sport is just fine competing as a British team, since that is after all the name of the country all of these home nations are in. I'm a stupid ignorant American and I should just shut the hell up? I hear you loud and clear British readers.
You know that doesn't seem outside the realm of possibility.
Whats happening around SB Nation after the jump
This is some awesome smack talk, but if I were Ronaldinho I'd have someone testing my food for the next few decades.
Worst keeper ever.
