Happy Spursday, Spursland! Today Tottenham Hotspur take on Sunderland at White Hart Lane. Sunderland are struggling a bit at the moment, but they've got a bit of a morale boost by the Martin O'Neill hire and their dramatic win last week. We had a solid second half against Stoke City last week, but...we all know what happened. This is your live match thread, here are your lineups.

Sunderland Lineup (4-4-2): Westwood; O'Shea, Bardsley, Brown, Bramble; Richardson, Larsson, Colback, Vaughan; Sessegnon, Wickham

Tottenham Hotspur Lineup (4-4-1-1): Friedel; Walker, Gallas, King, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Parker, Sandro, Modric; Van der Vaart; Adebayor

That Sunderland team is unchanged from last week. Now before everyone FREAKS THE F OUT about Gareth Bale not being in the team, remember that we play Chelsea in four days. Bale is out with an injury, but he was just a slight doubt for this one. He'll be fine. He was always going to sit in this match if he had a hangnail.

Jermain Defoe also picked up a slight knock and is not available. I assume both players will be in the 18 for the Chelsea match. This match kicks off at 10:00 a.m. ET, 3:00 p.m. local time. Alternative viewing methods can be discussed today.
