Tottenham Hotspur Vs. Blackburn Rovers: Live Match Thread

Steven Pienaar sustained a concussion in training, apparently, so our lineup looks even more makeshift than we thought it would a few hours ago. I'll say it again: Thank god it's Blackburn.

Our subs bench features two goalkeepers, Jonathan Woodgate, and Bongani Khumalo. Seriously.

All in all, the starting lineup doesn't look that awful, and Harry's done what I thought he would do. We don't have Luka Modric or Tom Huddlestone available, and both Gareth Bale and Steven Pienaar are out, causing us to go a little makeshift on the right. So, we've shifted to old-school Harry-ball. 4-4-2, big man-little man combo up up. Blackburn stay in their 4-3-3, which is concerning when we're playing 4-4-2 with Jermaine Jenas, but we'll see how it works out.

Tottenham Hotspur lineup (4-4-2): Gomes / Assou-Ekotto, Bassong, Gallas, Corluka / van der Vaart, Jenas, Palacios, Lennon / Crouch, Defoe

Blackburn Rovers lineup (4-3-3): Robinson / Olsson, Samba, Nelson, Salgado / J. Jones, Andrews, Dunn / Hoilett, M.B. Diouf, Roberts

Personally, I think we're a little lucky to see Andrews instead of Pederson and Roberts instead of Kalinic, but it's not like I watch all of Blackburn's games, so I could very well be full of it. Regardless, these setups will force Wilson Palacios to be on his A game tonight. He's the key guy for us, without a doubt.

Kickoff is at 2:45 pm ET, and the game can now be seen on ESPN3.com. Yay, internet!
