Today is apparently too early for the typical Tottenham Hotspur collapse game. I'm not 100% sure about that, but I'll be cheering on our boys and keeping a bucket close to vomit in all the same. In any event, this is your live match thread and lineups for the English Premier League match between Tottenham Hotspur and West Bromwich Albion.
West Brom have seen a slight up tick in form since sacking Roberto Di Matteo and hiring Roy Hodgson, proving what a lot of us knew: Hodgson is a brilliant mid-table, low budget manager who has no idea what to do with lots of money. They should provide a relatively tough test. Here are the lineups.
Tottenham Hotspur lineup (4-4-2): Gomes; Assou-Ekotto, Dawson, Gallas, Kaboul; Bale, Modric, Huddlestone, van der Vaart; Pavlyuchenko, Defoe
West Bromwich Albion lineup (4-4-2): Carson; Reid, Olsson, Miete, Shorey; Brunt, Mulumbu, Scharner, Thomas; Vela, Odemwingie
SpursOfficial on twitter believes that lineup to be a 4-2-3-1, but I believe that they forgot Roberto di Matteo is no longer the manager. I really like that we're playing Kaboul at right back, and I'm looking forward to the Pav-Defoe strike partnership.
Let's get a win, boys.
