Tottenham Hotspur's Best XI of the Decade has its manager and it's Harry Redknapp. By an overwhelming majority the readers of Cartilage Free Captain have selected Harry Redknapp over former Tottenham managers Martin Jol and Juande Ramos to manage the the Best XI side.

Redknapp has lifted Tottenham to heights that many of us never thought possible. He brought us a fourth place finish in the league during the 2009-2010, which consequently gained us Champions League football. Few will ever forget the mid-week European games and their highlights. Whether it was Gareth Bale's second half hat trick at the San Siro or our courageous 0-0 draw with A.C. Milan at White Hart Lane to book passage to the quarterfinals.

Harry's style of play comes right from the Danny Blanchflower school of thought. His attacking verve has won over many fans despite the fact that the team seems to capitulate at inopportune times. He has done wonders for the development of Gareth Bale and has made some shrewd buys in the transfer market like William Gallas and Rafael Van der Vaart.

While rumors continue to swirl about Redknapp's future with Tottenham Hotspur one thing is for certain. He'll be managing this decade's Best XI squad.
