Tottenham Hotspur Worst XI Of The Decade: Right Back Alan Hutton

Was there ever any doubt?!? Alan Hutton has been named as Tottenham Hotspur's worst right back of the last decade. Oh, and isn't that picture just so perfect?

Since arriving in North London in 2008 for £9 million (NINE MILLION POUNDS FFS), Hutton has struggled to hold down a first team place. He has the willingness and stamina to get forward and he's a reasonably fast guy, but his crossing leaves a little bit to be desired, while his defending and decision making leave quite a bit to be desired.

Despite the fact that he looks like the Hunchback of Notre Dame out at right back, Vedran Corluka has emerged as a much better option. Younes Kaboul is as well, but he's had limited chances to show it since there were so many injures at central defense last season. Kyle Walker is coming back from his loan spells a more experienced player, while Kyle Naughton was in the PFA Team Of The Season in the Championship.

Yes, I think it's safe to say that Hutton's days are numbered at White Hart Lane, and that Daniel Levy will have to take a dreaded loss to get his wages off the books. So long, Alan Hutton. You are Tottenham's worst right back of the decade.
