Tottenham Hotspur's Worst XI Of The Decade: Grzegorz Rasiak

I think the results of this vote surprised absolutely no one. Grzegorz Rasiak will be the number 9 for our Tottenham Hotspur Worst XI of the Decade. He pulled down a remarkable 81% of the vote, which when you consider the competition is any more astounding. Rasiak was a fairly decent Championship player with Derby County and for some reason Damien Comolli and Martin Jol paniced and bought Rasiak.

Rasiak is on of the worst Spurs' purchases ever in the transfer market. I say that without any exaggeration whatsoever. Martin Jol described the Polish striker as "a tall target man, a hard working, honest player with a good goal scoring record." Unfortunately, we never actually saw many of those traits on display. Rasiak made nine appearances for Spurs scoring 0 goals. He was the ultimate panic buy.

Only one position left in our Worst XI and and it's the other striker slot. Players like Serhiy Rebrov and Helder Postiga will definitely be making appearances.
