Tottenham Hotspur Players With England Team At FIFA Under-20 World Cup 2011

I totally forgot about this until now! Starting at 3:30 pm ET, 8:30 pm BST, which is like five minutes after this post went up (sorry!), England will be kicking off their 2011 FIFA Under-20 World Cup campaign against North Korea in Colombia. I can tell you literally nothing about North Korea's side.

Two Tottenham Hotspur players are in Brian Eastick's side, Dean Parrett and Adam Smith. Parrett is expected to be a backup player during the campaign, while Smith has been named in the starting lineup for the match against North Korea. Smith is a 20-year-old fullback and he had a fantastic loan spell at Bournemouth last season. He has a total of eight England youth international caps and he's yet to make his full professional debut for Tottenham.

If you want to watch the tournament, you can catch the games on ESPN3 in the United States. If you live in the UK, I'm not sure where you can find the games. If someone over there could leave the info in the comments, it would be much appreciated. Good luck to Smith and Parrett over in Colombia!
