Good Wednesday morning, and a happy hump day to you. It's getting to be crunch time in the transfer market. So expect a bit more substantial transfer news this week.

Krancjar Furious Over Spurs Transfer Demands-Daily Mirror

This sounds astounding. Spurs are, according to this one article, demanding 12 million for Niko. Shocking because that's probably closer to his actual worth than the other reports of 5-6 million. But I mean really, this is one of our players on the move docket that should have been sold already. He is by far the easiest sell to other clubs, he is young talented and valued at much less than his actual worth. The decision to sell was made months ago so why is he still here?

I think there more than a few ladies who can hang with the men. Just one humble male feminist's opinion.

No, no they cannot, but Malaga's heavy spending does add some nice spice to the paella that is La Liga.

Martin Jol Looks To Land Barcelona Winger-Cottagers Confidential

I yearn for the return of Martin Jol. Harry Redknapp has become something like a caricature of himself to me. Also I like managers who make signings.
