Liverpool Vs. Tottenham Hotspur, English Premier League: Lineups And Live Match Thread

Happy Spursday, Spursland! This one's a lot bigger than most. Liverpool have spent big in the last two transfer windows and are widely expected to make a charge for the top four again. This game is a major measuring stick for where we are as a club right now and what we're playing for. If we win? Top four is absolutely the target. If we draw? Well, that's nothing answered, unless we're the significantly better side. If we lose and we're obviously the inferior team? Well, then we have to re-assess what we're actually playing for.

Tottenham have, unsurprisingly, kept their lineup from last week. Hopefully this features Niko Kranjcar on the right and Gareth Bale on the left, but I wouldn't count on it. Liverpool have made the interesting decision of starting both Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez, while benching Dirk Kuyt. Suarez could play as a winger in a 4-3-3/4-5-1 or as Carroll's strike partner in a 4-4-2. It will definitely be fascinating to see how Kenny Dalglish sets up his team. Here are the lineups.
