Time for something to actually happen Spurs fans! Tottenham take on Wigan Athletic in the English Premier League. Hugo Rodallega, who has been linked with a move to Spurs is on the bench for the Latics. Meanwhile, Aaron Lennon and Jermain Defoe, who both picked up injuries against Watford in the FA Cup will not be playing any part in this match for Tottenham.

The injury to Lennon means a rare start for Niko Kranjcar, who it seems, will be playing on the left with Gareth Bale on the opposite flank. Meanwhile, Roman Pavlyuchenko is conspicuously absent from the bench and in his place is Cameron Lancaster.

Tottenham XI (4-4-1-1): Friedel; Assou-Ekotto; King; Kaboul; Walker; Bale; Modric; Kranjcar; Parker; Van der Vaart; Adebayor

Subs: Cudicini; Rose; Dawson; Livermore; Sandro; Pienaar; Lancaster

Wigan XI: Al Habsi, Boyce, McCarthy, Caldwell, Figueroa, Moses, Watson, Stam, Beausejour, Gomez, Di Santo

Subs: Pollitt, Crusat, McArthur, Jones, Gohouri, Sammon, Rodallega

The match kicks off at 2:45 on ESPN3.
