Roman Payyluchenko Could Leave On Deadline Day After All; Deal With Russian Club Rumored

Our good buddy Comrade Vroom could be on the move after all. It's quiet on the Louis Saha and Jermain Defoe fronts, but Roman Pavlyuchenko could still be making an exit. According to ITV Football, Lokomotiv Moscow has agreed to a deal to sign Roman Pavlyuchenko. They don't link to an article, cite a source or go into specifics, but "agreed" is more conclusive language than we usually see on deadline day. Here's their tweet.

This could mean that this deal is basically good to go. It could mean that they've agreed personal terms and that they need to agree to a fee. It could mean that they have agreed to a fee and they need to agree to personal terms. In any event, this is a bit too direct to be completely made up and there's probably some discussion that's taken place.

Just a reminder: Even if Pav doesn't get sold today, we could still end up selling him to a Russian club.
