Happy Friday, Spursland! Oh weekend, you are a joy to behold, but without Spurs football I am lost. What do I do? I don't know what is happening. This is just like those commercials for Atlas Shrugged Part 2. NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS HAPPENING. When did the first one come out? Is this a right wing propaganda film? Is it a left wing propaganda film? I wouldn't have to think about this crap if there wasn't an international break. CURSE YOU FIFA!!!!!!

And now the "news"

Kings Reporter Quits After Being Told To Stop Interviewing Players During The Lockout- Jewels From The Crown

While the reporter in question is a Kings employee and would be barred from contact with players during this time, this situation is a bit different. You see, the reporter in question used to work for the LA Daily News on the Kings beat, but when the LA Daily News decided they weren't going to pay for coverage of away games the Kings decided to hire the guy themselves and give him complete editorial independence, effectively making him a subsidized independent journalist. This entire situation is just confusing and has multiple sides and really nobody is happy.
