Happy Thursday Spursland! So the football word in England exploded yesterday. Harry was found not guilty (despite being pretty obviously guilty). Fabio Capello resigned after having years of what had to have been the least amount of work for the most amount of pay gig ever. And now everyone is screaming for Harry to take his place because only an Englishman could possibly understand English players, or something.
And now the "news"
I am happiest when Dan Levy says nothing to the press. He is an amazing executive at saving money and signing players for the least amount possible then selling for a profit and a big part of that is his aura of mystery.
He broke five ribs and has neck and collarbone injuries. He was skiing at dusk in France. I don't think anything good ever happens while skiing at dusk in France.
I would give anything for Fabio Capello to walk up to this guy and ask "you mad, amigo?"
What's happening around SB Nation after the jump
I know that the law in South America can at times be somewhat liberal in its application, but this doesn't strike me as 100% legal.
And I know longer know what is real and what is fake in this story.
Boy, West Ham sure did pick a winner didn't they?
