Tottenham Hotspur will be coming to the United States as part of their preseason tour, which a lot of you already knew. There have been leaks about friendlies and such for quite a while. Today, they officially set the dates for their summer friendlies in 'Murrica.
On July 24, Tottenham plays LA Galaxy at the Home Depot Center. A week later, on July 31, they play New York Red Bulls at Red Bull Arena. The first game is an individual standalone friendly and the second is part of something called the "New York Invitational Cup". New York Red Bulls haven't announced the kickoff times, broadcast info or other teams involved.
In any event, I'm happy that Spurs are coming to both coasts in the United States, giving you guys and lots of other Spurs fans some decent opportunities to go see their club. I don't know what my schedule will look like in late July-early August, but I'm tentatively planning on making that trip to Red Bull Arena.
