Happy Spursday, Spursland! Well, this is a fun situation. Tottenham Hotspur have not won in four Premier League games. If they don't get at least a draw today...they're in some deep trouble. They head to Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea, who sit behind them in fifth place. It hasn't quite hit me yet, emotionally, but I objectively know that this is a big deal. Here are the lineups.
Tottenham Hotspur Lineup (4-4-1-1): Brad Friedel; Benoit Assou-Ekotto, William Gallas, Younes Kaboul, Kyle Walker; Gareth Bale, Scott Parker, Sandro, Luka Modric; Rafael van der Vaart, Emmanuel Adebayor
Chelsea Lineup (4-2-3-1): Petr Cech; Ashley Cole, John Terry, Gary Cahill, Jose Bosingwa; Michael Essien, Ramires; Juan Mata, Frank Lampard, Daniel Sturridge; Didier Drogba
This better be FRAAB. I'm listing it as 4-4-1-1 with Modric wide because that's what Harry's been doing lately, but I have a tiny shred of hope that this is FRAAB instead. Please god. Not Modric wide. Please.
Kickoff is at 8:45 a.m. ET, 12:45 p.m. local time. If you live in the USA, you can watch on ESPN2, ESPN Deportes or ESPN3. It's on TSN2 in Canada and Sky Sports 2 in the UK.
