One of the world's best youth tournaments gets underway on Saturday, and Tottenham Hotspur are participating. They kick off their 2012 Milk Cup campaign against Northern Irish side County Armagh.

For those who don't know, the Milk Cup is a youth tournament held every year in Northern Ireland. It's actually three tournaments in one with three sections: Premier, Elite, and Junior. The Premier tournament features national U-20 teams, and the United States is a participant. The Premier tournament, which Tottenham are participating in, features players born on or after January 1, 1995. After the jump, you can find their roster, from the Milk Cup website.

Voss, a goalkeeper, and Amos, a central midfield player, have both been called into an England Under-16 camp before. Per @WindyCOYS, who knows much more about Spurs' youth teams than I do, Oduwa has played with the Under-18 team. For much more extensive coverage of Tottenham's youth and reserve teams, I highly recommend you check out his site, Windy's Blog.

These games are 70 minutes, not 90 minutes, and 5 substitutes can be used. The Elite section games are 90 minute games. Spurs play three group stage games, after which they will be placed into a knockout round with other teams that placed similarly in their groups. They then go to a semifinal, then a final in their section if they win, meaning that every team will play a minimum of four and a maximum of five total games. The final date is not listed and I am not sure if it takes place on Thursday or Friday.
