Surprise! Tottenham Hotspur's Premier League squad features no surprises. This is so much less fun than NFL cut day. With Danny Rose and Bongani Khumalo out on loan, coupled with the sales that Tottenham made during the transfer window, there are exactly 25 players on the squad who are not under-21 players. Subsequently, they've all been listed on the final team, which is as follows (now with squad numbers!).

Goalkeepers

1. Heurelho Gomes
23. Carlo Cudicini
24. Brad Friedel
25. Hugo Lloris
Notable Under-21: Jordan Archer

Defenders

4. Younes Kaboul
5. Jan Vertonghen
13. William Gallas
16. Kyle Naughton
20. Michael Dawson
28. Kyle Walker
32. Benoit Assou-Ekotto
Notable Under-21: Adam Smith, Steven Caulker

Midfielders

2. Clint Dempsey
6. Tom Huddlestone
7. Aaron Lennon
8. Scott Parker
11. Gareth Bale
15. David Bentley
19. Moussa Dembele
21. Jermaine Jenas
27. Iago Falque
29. Jake Livermore
30. Sandro Raniere
Notable Under-21: Andros Townsend, Tom Carroll, Jake Nicholson

Forwards

10. Emmanuel Adebayor
18. Jermain Defoe
Notable Under-21: Souleymane Coulibaly, Cameron Lancaster

Carroll, Townsend and Caulker are the only guys I think we have a good chance of seeing in league matches this season, and even Carroll is a bit of a stretch. Expect to see all of the listed Under-21 players, save for Archer, in the League Cup and Europa League at some point.
