Happy Monday, Spursland!  Good morning and welcome back from the brink.  We will now resume meaningful football.

And now the "news"

Following his steady play for Spurs and his great goal for England It is easy to see why the English media is beginning to treat Andros like Bale a bit.  Both play on the wing.  Both like to run fast past people then shoot. Being English on top of that is just the icing on the cake.  The English media loved Bale, but they could never truly embrace him as the brave heir to the world's oldest footballing tradition because he was born across an imaginary line drawn during the dark ages.  Andros wasn't.  Now we begin to see the beginnings of the coronation.  but they haven't enshrined Andros just yet, but if you listen closely you can see the hammers working on putting together the pedestal to stand him on.
