Danny Rose and Christian Eriksen are back, and you'll probably see him on Saturday. They both returned to full training this week, put in a good session on Wednesday and are expected to play some part in the Europa League on Thursday. Don't be shocked to see both of them in the starting lineup.
The Independent also had some quotes from Andre Villas-Boas about the recovery of Jan Vertonghen, who is undergoing platelet-rich plasma treatment on his injured ankle. Spurs are hoping that they can have Vertonghen back for at least the tail end of their holiday fixtures.
"We will have the player in a boot for one to two weeks to try to settle it. We want to avoid surgery so we will use PRP treatment to try to get him back as soon as possible. We've had outstanding results with PRP treatment and we will do that again now."
The same treatment is being used on the knee of Vlad Chiriches, who is expected to play this weekend. I'm really hoping that they don't rush Jan back, but if he's healthy in two weeks, yay!
