Tottenham Hotspur vs. West Bromwich Albion: Lineups and match thread

Come chat with Cartilage Free Captain as Spurs take on West Brom on Boxing Day.

Paul Gilham

Happy Boxing Day, ladies and gentlemen! Today, Tottenham Hotspur take on West Bromwich Albion at White Hart Lane. The Baggies have recently fired boss Steve Clarke and are actively searching for his replacement.

Our lineup is out, and Tim Sherwood is still out here doing his thing.

That is a very strong bench and a relatively meh starting lineup for West Brom. I'd rather not face any of those players sitting on the bench. Meanwhile, Sherwood has decided to go with Lewis Holtby in place of the injured Mousa Dembele, not Nabil Bentaleb or Etienne Capoue. Erik Lamela drops to the bench for Nacer Chadli, which isn't surprising given their respective performances against Southampton.

Kickoff is at 3 p.m. local time, 10 a.m. ET. You can watch the game on NBC Sports Live Extra in the United States and TSN's streaming service in Canada. Unfortunately, this game is not available legally on television or the internet in the UK.
