Inter Milan v. Tottenham Hotspur: Lineups and Match Thread

Spurs head to the San Siro as they try their best not to pull an AC Milan.

Richard Heathcote

Happy Spursday, Spursland! Today we journey to the San Siro, where we try our best not to blow a three goal lead from the first leg. We've got Inter on the ropes after handing out a 3-0 beat down at White Hart Lane, and another strong 90-minute performance from the boys in lilywhite will see us through to the quarter finals.

Spurs Team -

Friedel, Walker, Gallas, Vertonghen, Naughton, Dembele, Parker, Livermore, Sigurdsson, Defoe, Adebayor

Inter Team -

Handanovic; Zanetti, Chivu, Juan, Jonathan; Guarin, Cambiasso, Gargano; Kovacic; Palacio, Cassano.

Tottenham have strangely reverted to a 4-4-2 and they persist with the Parker-Livermore central midfield pairing that had a rough day out against Liverpool at the weekend.

Inter look to be playing a stronger lineup than they did in the first leg, with Rodrigo "Padawan" Palacio and Freddy Guarin starting. On the plus side for Spurs fans, Scott Parker's BFFs Walter Gargano and Esteban Cambiasso remain in midfield, so hopefully he has another field day.

Kickoff is at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, I think. It's probably on TV somewhere. You figure it out. Some of us have jerbs.
