Silly season doesn't just apply to players. Andre Villas-Boas has been the subject of rumored approaches by Real Madrid and Napoli, which were hilarious for entirely different reasons. This one is a bit less ridiculous. Paris Saint-Germain are going to contact AVB about their managerial position, according to Sky Italy. Tancredi Palmeri passes along the news.
BOOM! PSG will contact Andrè Villas-Boas to check his availability, according to Sky Italy

This isn't anything new to regular readers here, but I feel the need to reiterate: Sky Italy is a little different than Sky Sports in the UK. They do a bit more of throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks. Sometimes they're right. Sometimes they're full of it.
I highly doubt that AVB is going anywhere even if this approach is genuine and PSG are willing to play whatever release clause AVB has in his contract, but this is less laughable than the other rumored approaches. Napoli aren't a bigger club than Spurs and AVB isn't accomplished enough to garner serious consideration for the Madrid job. PSG are somewhere between the two, and they have a lot of money.
But seriously, expect Villas-Boas to remain Tottenham manager.
