Hey, Spurs fans! Are you as excited about this match as I am?
Here's what I know about Asteras Tripolis: they're a Greek club, but they somehow have seven Argentines on their squad. They have a Serbian goalkeeper named Tomáš Košický which is one letter and a missing diacritic away from Tomáš Rosický and I'm sure it means something. Also, they're not PAOK, but we still might see some shirtless Greeks in the stands.
Asteras currently lead Europa Group C, having beaten Partizan at home and tied at Besiktas. Euro Club Index ranks them at #180, slightly ahead of Burnley and comparable to Hull City and Limassol. So it's a club Spurs should beat, but they could certainly pull a surprise or two against a rotated Tottenham side.
