Happy Spursday, Spursland! Today is the day of #narrative, as Tottenham Hotspur take on Southampton. Saints supporters are generally a pretty great bunch and we hope their team do well the rest of this season, but they're going to be insufferable if Spurs don't get the win today. Let's make Mauricio Pochettino's first match against his former club a good one, shall we?
Lineups are out, and there's no surprise. Ryan Mason keeps his place, as does ... Emmanuel Adebayor. Oh well.
#THFC team: Lloris; Naughton, Kaboul, Vertonghen, Rose; Capoue, Mason; Eriksen, Chadli, Lamela; Adebayor. #COYS

We would have liked to have seen Harry Kane get a run up top, but Ade's getting another shot to prove his worth. Hopefully Poche will give someone else a look if he puts in another average-to-below-average performance.
Kickoff is at 2 p.m. local, 9 a.m. ET from White Hart Lane. Because this is on at the same time as Chelsea, you're kind of screwed as far as TV goes, but the Canadians get it on TSN. If you're in the United States, you can get it on the Premier League Extra Time channels, if your provider has them, or NBC Live Extra.
