Happy Spursday, Spursland! It's derby day and I'm terrified. Tottenham Hotspur are hosting Arsenal in the Premier League, and I think Tim Sherwood's team selection looks perfectly sensible. That's not to say that it will look good in practice, but I get what he's going for and it's totally fine. Here it be.

I'm a bit surprised that Emmanuel Adebayor starts despite his nagging injury issue, but I assume he was thoroughly assessed by the medical staff. I also like that the team has explicitly listed Sandro as a DM, but we'll see how that goes. As for Arsenal, they've listed Rosicky as a central midfielder and Oxlade-Chamberlain in the attacking band, but I expect the opposite.

Kickoff is at 4 pm local time, 12 pm ET. You can catch the game on Sky Sports 1 in the UK, NBC Sports Network in the US and Sportsnet World in Canada.
