Christian Eriksen says he isn't going anywhere

He's ours and you can't have him.

Tottenham Hotspur fans have spent plenty of time worrying about which players may or may not want to leave the club if they don't finish top four this season. Jan Vertonghen and Hugo Lloris are the most obvious candidates to angle for the exit, but some have been a bit worried about Christian Eriksen too.

Well, you don't have to worry about Eriksen. At least not this summer. He doesn't plan on exiting, according to quotes in The Mirror.

"'For me the feeling I have at the club isn't dependent on being in the Champions League, I'm happy here and am looking forward to the future. Our aim now is to win all our matches so that we end the season with some confidence ahead of next year and if we do that we can see where it takes us in the table."

Eriksen is going to be one of the centerpieces of the team going forward, no matter who comes in to manage the club, who exits this summer and who gets purchased. The club's future could seriously revolve around him as he progresses and adapts to the Premier League, so it's nice to know that he isn't being ambiguous about whether or not he'd like to stick around for next season.
