It looks like Gylfi Sigurdsson could finally be on his way out of Tottenham Hotspur, but it's not Swansea that are rumored to have had a bid accepted for him. Instead, it's Crystal Palace, according to Five Year Plan.
It seems necessary to note that, yes, this is coming from a fanzine. I can't vouch for Five Year Plan's reliability or lack thereof. But it's certainly a sensible rumor, and one that makes sense in light of The Sun's previous report that Sigurdsson was valued at around £10m and could potentially go to Palace.
Keep an eye out for our usually reliable reporters or outlets. They'll probably have confirmation or denial of this story in the next day or two.
As for Siggy, I'll be a bit sad to see him go. He has all of the skill in the world, but he was never able to translate that into consistent success for Spurs. I thought he was going to be a lot better than he is, but Spurs don't have room for him and Lewis Holtby in the same squad, and Siggy's probably the guy to pull the plug on.
