Partizan Belgrade vs. Tottenham Hotspur: Lineups and match thread

Andrew Caballero-Reynolds

Happy Spursday, Spursland! Today, Tottenham Hotspur get their UEFA Europa League campaign underway with a match away to Partizan Belgrade. You probably know Partizan best for their rivalry with Red Star and their crazy fans. Hopefully no one gets hurt today.

Here are the lineups. As a reminder, all of Younes Kaboul, Mousa Dembele, Emmanuel Adebayor, Danny Rose and Nacer Chadli did not travel.

I love that Harry Kane is getting the start up top, and that we're getting Fazio and Vertonghen minutes together. I have absolutely no clue why Hugo Lloris is starting this game and I'm pretty against it. I also dislike Paulinho as an attacking midfielder, but it's better than playing Lamela and Eriksen. I don't want to see them play unless we're down a goal late.

Kickoff is at 1 p.m. ET, 6 p.m. UK. You can catch the game on ITV 4 in the UK, FOX Sports 1 in the US and Sportsnet World Now in Canada. The streaming services associated with those channels should be carrying the game as well. No illegal stream links in the comments, please.
