In the least surprising news of this January, Kyle Naughton has completed his transfer to Swansea City. As usual, Tottenham did not reveal any terms of the transfer, but many news outlets believe the deal is for 5 million pounds.

Naughton found himself falling down the pecking order at Tottenham Hotspur following some poor performances and a couple of red cards. Towards the end of his tenure, Vlad Chiriches and Eric Dier, both centerbacks by trade, were preferred to Naughton at right back. Now, Spurs have brought in American DeAndre Yedlin to back up Kyle Walker, so Naughton seems to be the odd man out.
While Naughton's performances sometimes left something to be desired, his versatility was always an asset to Tottenham Hotspur. Kyle #2 may not have had many sterling moments in a Tottenham shirt, but he was a decent squad player. Good luck in Wales, Kyle!
