Tottenham Hotspur battled Swansea City to a 2-2 draw at the Liberty Stadium in Wales on Saturday in a thrilling match. Christian Eriksen had two free kick goals, but an unlucky own goal from Harry Kane was the difference as Spurs could only earn a point despite outplaying the Swans.
However, many people weren't able to watch this match, especially in the UK where it was not televised at all, but also in the United States where NBC Universal inexplicably decided to air episodes of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit on the USA network instead of the Swansea-Tottenham match. It was carried on NBC Sports Network Extra Time, also known as the "surplus channels," but not all cable packages offer those channels to viewers, even if they offer NBC Sports Network.
So for those of you in the Colonies who missed the match and/or couldn't catch a live stream, here are the official highlights from NBC.
