By the time you read this Father's Day will be over, but at the point I'm writing this it's nearly 9 pm on Father's Day evening. I spent the day taking the kids to the splash park, cleaning the house, and making supper. I didn't even get a chance to sleep in. No breakfast in bed, not even a card. Oh, and Alex Pritchard got injured. Nevertheless, it was a good day. Bros, be a dad. It's the best.
And now, the "news."
Geoffrey Kondogbia to sign with Inter Milan - Goal
Well, poop.
Ten players could leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer - The Telegraph
Not surprising, and also nothing we haven't heard already this summer. Soldado, Adebayor, Kaboul, Chiriches, Lennon, Holtby, Capoue, Paulinho, and Stambouli are all on the table, but it's highly unlikely that all of them will go.
Mous(s)a Dembele linked to £10m bid from Chelsea - The Sun
Wait, what? Wat? Wut? It's the Sun, which automatically means you should ignore it, but I wonder if some intern was told to "link Mousa to Chelsea" and didn't realize there's a promising young striker named Moussa Dembele at Fulham. That's the only way that this rumor makes one iota of sense.
Australia should be your new favorite women's soccer team - SB Nation Soccer
Preach, Messr. McCauley. Not only are Australia hella fun to watch, but they also have started perhaps the most fun goal celebration in the history of football: hoisting an inflatable kangaroo.
