News on the transfer front! According to a recent tweet from French footy news outlet Foot Mercato, Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Etienne Capoue is set to sign with newly-promoted EPL club Watford FC tomorrow.

The article states that Capoue has passed his medical with Watford, and that the two clubs have agreed a transfer fee of €9m on a four year deal. All that's left is to sign the paperwork.
Capoue has been linked with Watford for a while now, so this isn't a complete surprise. This would be a good signing for everyone concerned. Capoue is out of favor with Mauricio Pochettino and is unlikely to play even if he did stay with Spurs. Watford is a club that could use some spine in their midfield, and Capoue could provide that.
Obviously, we're going to watch this story carefully and see if it doesn't get confirmed by a source we're more familiar and comfortable with. But still: News!
