Good Tuesday morning, Tottenham fans. Yep, it's another Community Hoddle. You are encouraged to put your own links and news stories and talk about them in the comments.
For your entertainment, however, today I bring you a live video by one of my all-time favorite singer-songwriters, David Poe. I stumbled on his then-new album "Love is Red" almost ten years ago and it blew me away. Poe is one of those singer-songwriters that doesn't crave fame. A former sound guy who wrote songs, which describes a lot of "singer-songwriters," the difference is that his songs were really, really good, and he got "Love is Red" produced by T-Bone Burnett. I highly suggest you check it out. It's phenomenal.
But this video is from his newest album, "God and the Girl," released last year. And it might be better than "Love is Red." Here's a video of him performing "When I Fly" from God and the Girl live. If you're at all interested in the singer-songwriter genre, you owe it to yourself to give David Poe a listen on Spotify, or wherever.
