Yes, you're reading about a possible signing for West Bromwich Albion on a Spurs site. In case you've been living under a rock, there is very good reason for this.
According to The Times, WBA are splashing a decent chunk of cash to pry Salomon Rondon away from Zenit St. Petersburg in the Russian Premier League. The reported fee is £15m.

We're linking the generic twitter alert because the article is behind a paywall for The Times, but if you've seen that number before, it's because it's the amount that has been most reported for Saido Berahino, who has yet to sign a new contract with West Brom and whom Spurs absolutely want to pry away from The Hawthorns.
Earlier today, the usual reports for this came out of The Mirror and Daily Mail, but now it's being picked up by more reputable outlets, which means that this is looking like it's going to happen. WBA have also brought in Rickie Lambert from Liverpool, along with Ideye Brown and Victor Anichebe...the puzzle is starting to come together.
Now, before we start really reading into things (Kane ditching the #18 for the #10) and think that this is a done deal, let's pump the brakes a bit. We haven't heard any new information on a bid for Berahino, but putting two and two together? It seems awfully convenient that the reported fee is about the same as Berahino's reported value... hmmmm.
