Tottenham Hotspur hosts Premier League leaders Manchester City at White Hart Lane on Saturday, and while Spurs are hoping to recover from a Flaminocalypse against Arsenal mid-week, they'll have to do so again without a few key midfield contributors. The club announced on their official website that midfielders Ryan Mason, Nabil Bentaleb, Mousa Dembele, and Alex Pritchard are all still recovering from injury and will not feature Saturday against the Citizens.
For Spurs, this likely means that they'll continue to roll with Eric Dier in central midfield, likely paired with Dele Alli. Christian Eriksen is now close to, if not at, match fitness and is probable to get the starting nod in the hole. Heung-Min Son and Erik Lamela are also expected to start on the flanks.
City, likewise, is dealing with their own injury issues. Eliaquim Mangala, Gael Clichy, Fabian Delph, Kelechi Iheanacho, David Silva and Wilfried Bony are all confirmed as out for the Citizens, but they are expected to have the services of Vincent Kompany in defense. And with a team like City, they can more or less easily replace the missing players with equal or better talent.
