Everton 1-1 Tottenham Hotspur: Community Player Ratings

Tottenham Hotspur and Everton played out a thrilling open encounter that, somehow, only featured two goals. Spurs twice hit the woodwork and Everton had a couple of their own chances to increase their tally. The match was, all told, a pretty good performance from Spurs, considering the team was replacing Mousa Dembele with Tom Carroll.

Spurs end the festive period having taken 10 points from the five games around Christmas. The loss to Newcastle was a disappointing result, but I think that, by and large, the team can be satisfied with their three most recent victory and a draw at Goodison Park.

You should probably know how this works by now, but just as a refresher, here's the scale once again:

  • 10: World Class or Amazing
  • 9: Very good
  • 8: Good
  • 7: Above Average
  • 6: Average
  • 5: Below Average
  • 4: Bad
  • 3: Very bad
  • 2: Abysmal
  • 1: I don't know what this would look like. A six year-old playing against adults?

Now that all the technicalities are out of the way, it's time to do the actual rating.
