Tottenham Hotspur face a trying time as they are not 100% healthy going into one of the toughest runs of fixtures they’ll face all season. A healthy Harry Kane and Toby Alderweireld would make this period much more manageable.
Unfortunately, neither of them will be available for tomorrow’s match with Leicester City, but they are “making progress” according to Mauricio Pochettino.

Kane has been out of action since he suffered an ankle injury on September 18th against Sunderland, while Toby has been unavailable since picking up a leg injury at West Brom on October 15th. Both injuries looked quite bad in the moment but proved not to be as horrible as they looked.
Seeing Toby not ready to return yet is a bit of a disappointment, but I think the upcoming North London Derby was always seen as the point both Kane and Alderweireld would be shooting to come back for.
Spurs will also be without Moussa Sissoko, after he accepted a three-game ban for his elbow on Bournemouth’s Harry Arter last weekend.
Defending champions Leicester have struggled in the Premier League this season, but they moved up to 12th in the table last week after a 3-1 victory over Crystal Palace.
We’ve got a strong squad, and should be able to compete with the Foxes even without our key injured players. But the sooner Harry Kane and Toby Alderweireld are healthy and back playing for Spurs, the better.
