Happy Friday, Hoddlers! I miss club football. World Cup qualifiers are happening this weekend, but the World Cup seems so far away that it renders most of the significance more or less meaningless. I just want Tottenham to play again, as I’m terrified that this week off might cut short the incredible momentum Spurs have built up over the past few weeks.

It’s a Community Hoddle here on this Friday. Here are some links to get you started.

There’s some really weird stuff going on with Enner Valencia after he was chased out of an Ecuadoran stadium by police... while he was on a stretcher.

Poor Kevin Wimmer. His Austria side drew 2-2 with Wales yesterday, and Big Kev put in an own goal.

The FA is already sounding out the idea of tapping Arsene Wenger as the next England manager.

In totally shocking news, new FIFA president Gianni Infantino is being investigated on corruption charges.
