WATCH: Vincent Janssen scores a cracker for the Netherlands in World Cup qualifying

HOLY CRAP, WHAT A STRIKE.

Social media is all concern-trolly about Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen. After all, he’s been a little... shall we say, profligate in front of goal. Or perhaps just unlucky, or trying too hard. It must be tough for the Eredivisie scoring leader to come to England and not have the same sort of success hitting the back of the net right away.

However, anyone who think Janssen’s likely to become a Tottenham striker flop a la Roberto Soldado should take a look at this video from today’s World Cup qualifying match between the Netherlands and Belarus.

That’s Vincent Janssen, who started for the Dutch today, pressing and then taking the ball off of a Belarusian defender, dribbling into the box and rifling an unstoppable left footed rocket into the net to put the Netherlands up 4-1.

Stop, Vincent! That defender had a family!

That’s the kind of quality that Vincent Janssen has, and while he hasn’t quite shown it yet for Tottenham, that’s also why I am absolutely, positively, 100% not worried about him.

If that goal is any indication, he’s gonna be just fine.
