There are special moments in this sport that make you want to keep watching. Seeing a young player score his first Premier League goal and go mental celebrating is surely one of them. That’s exactly what Harry Winks did on his first ever Premier League start against West Ham United.
After a frustrating first half that saw Spurs go down a goal, Harry Winks knocked in a rebound from a Vincent Janssen shot to even the score just six minutes into the second half.
After he knocked in his first league goal, the youngster sprinted as fast as he possibly could to the Spurs bench to celebrate with the whole team and coaching staff. What a moment for the 20-year-old Spurs academy product. I can’t even imagine the emotions that went through his body after the ball went into the net.
We can only hope he took a minute to give someone the patented cheeky Winks wink.
