Happy Sunday, Carty-Free Crüe! I’m still processing yesterday’s match, which was a heck of a lot of fun. Scoring two goals in two minutes to come from behind in a London derby vs. West Ham is awesome.
But let’s not pretend that Spurs weren’t pretty abject for much of that match. There are still serious problems with Spurs’ tactics and personnel, and the next two matches against Monaco and Chelsea are hugely important and very difficult. Let’s hope Toby comes back soon since I’m starting to think he is the lynchpin behind Spurs’ tactics.
There are two additional EPL matches today: Middlesbrough vs. Chelsea, and then the match I know you’ve all been waiting for with baited breath: West Brom vs. Burnley! This is your open thread for the afternoon games. Have fun! EDIT: hey, I can't read, the Burnley match is tomorrow.
