Good morning, all. It’s never fun to lose a match, especially after a run of bad form like what we’ve been having and especially especially when it’s your first loss of the Premier League season and especially especially especially when it’s to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. But seeing as how Spurs haven’t won at Stamford Bridge in 26 years, it’s not like it was an unexpected outcome.
Spurs now have a string of winnable matches coming up including Swansea City, CSKA Moscow, Manchester United, Hull City, and Burnley. It should, hopefully, put this past month into a little bit of context.
Here’s your open thread for the Sunday football. Enjoy. As always, the match thread rules remain in effect.
