Do read this StatsBomb post on Leicester’s problems this year. The note on Mahrez and Vardy’s partnership is especially interesting. I hadn’t noticed that as much this year because I’d been distracted by the they-don’t-have-Kante-in-midfield anymore issues, but the Vardy-Mahrez thing is really interesting.
