The big bombshell transfer rumor last week was Matt Law's report in the Telegraph that suggested that Mauricio Pochettino was ready to cut ties with Korean forward Son Heung-Min. Now Sonny has responded to those rumors, saying that the club hasn't said anything to him.
Speaking to Korean outlet Yonhap News Agency, Sonny said that he's aware of the rumors, but that he's not planning on departing the club any time soon.
"I haven't heard anything from the club regarding those transfer rumors. I'm sure my club will take care of this, and I think there is nothing special for me to be worried about.
"My first season in the Premier League didn't meet my expectations, but I had a good experience.
"For my first season, I played with the thought that I should learn many things here."
We haven't heard anything that would corroborate the initial reports that suggest that Pochettino is ready to cut bait on Sonny, and while these quotes don't exactly disprove them, it does seem like Sonny's quite happy to stay.
Son scored eight goals in all competitions and notched five assists in his first season at White Hart Lane, despite a season that saw him miss significant time with injury, and experience some difficulties adjusting to life in England.
