Tottenham Hotspur minus Bentaleb, Alli, and Dembele for Southampton tie

The expected people are out. The rest of the team is rarin' to go.

Team news is out for Sunday's penultimate match of the season at home to Southampton, and it's all good news, so much as it goes. Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino said that only Nabil Bentaleb is out injured, with all other hands accounted for, barring the suspended Dele Alli and Mousa Dembele.

Based on last week's performance, it's highly probable that Son Heung-Min will again start in the forward attacking band in Alli's position. Mousa Dembele's absence creates a hole, one that will probably be filled by midfielder Ryan Mason. Mason-Dier will not only make for an interesting central midfield combination, but also sounds like a halfway decent law firm.

There are no other absences, which means that Danny Rose and Toby Alderweireld, both of whom picked up knocks during the Battle of the Bridge on Monday, are fit and set to go. No real surprises for Spurs.

Southampton, strangely enough, is completely healthy and yes, that includes Jay Rodriguez. It's quite possible we'll see the same lineup that they ran out in their 4-2 win over Manchester City last weekend.
